Hello,
One of our customer demanded us to allow add-on domains on Gold plan so we have changed our Shared hosting plan and allow 1 add-on domain on Silver plan and 3 Add-on domains on gold hosting plan however we still not allow domain parking due to some reasons.
If you are facing any issue in adding add-on domains to your hosting account then you can open a ticket with us.
Note: On Bronze plan we do not allow Add-on domains because of we don't want to put lot of load on our server and we care about quality.
