We are migrating our all shared hosting/reseller and master reseller hosting account to higher configuration server which is very fast and server is high configuration server.
New Server Configuration:
E5 Dual CPU
96GB RAM
SSD Disk
If you are not using our default name server then you will be need to update your server IP Address, We will inform you. We ask you to do not make any changes to your website unless we complete migration because of If you make a changes after we take backup of your account then your changes will be not saved to new server.
We want to migrate it quickly and minimize downtime so we will not shutdown our old server unless we complete migration. No any risk of data loss because we have a more than one backup like daily backup, weekly and one monthly backup. Also we will take fresh backup while migration so your data is safe with us.
IP Address changes:
As we already mentioned that IP will be changed, If you are our reseller/master reseller then you will also need to update your name server ip address and you will also need to make sure that your reseller/client is using our latest IP. We will tell you about changes in IP related to your hosting account.
